1. We at AXIS TALENT MANAGEMENT will start the recruitment process for XYZ., upon the receival of the Job Description as provided by XYZ. and will introduce the candidates to the client.

2. The Client undertakes to notify AXIS TALENT MANAGEMENT immediately upon agreeing to engage a Candidate introduced by AXIS TALENT MANAGEMENT under the terms of the engagement. The Client agrees and undertakes to pay AXIS TALENT MANAGEMENT a Placement Fee amounting to a percentage of the gross annual salary.

3. The Placement Fee will be equal to 8.33% of annual salary+ 18% (GST) as Professional fees. The gross annual salary includes the variable components offered to the candidate. The payment must be made via RTGS/NEFT/ cheque in favor of “YNG MEDIA” within 30 days of the joining of the candidate. Invoices will Include Goods and Service Tax which is Over & Above our Placement Fee.

4. Introductions are confidential. If AXIS TALENT MANAGEMENT introduces a candidate that the client then introduces to another third party, who engages the Candidate on either a full-time basis or as a contractor, the client agrees and undertakes to pay The Placement Fee. An invoice will be sent to the Client upon commencement of employment and the Placement Fee is payable within 30 days.

5. Whilst every endeavor is made by AXIS TALENT MANAGEMENT to introduce satisfactory candidates to the Client, it is the responsibility of the client to satisfy themselves of the suitability of an applicant before engaging them. If required, the client may take references and arrange medical examinations prior to the appointment of the applicant. AXIS TALENT MANAGEMENT will provide help where possible to facilitate these process.

6. If invoices are settled and due to any reason Candidate resigns within 60 days of joining, then a free replacement for the same position will be provided. If the employee is terminated due to any reason then replacement will not be provided.

7. No variation in these Terms and Conditions may be made without prior written agreement from AXIS TALENT MANAGEMENT. Both the parties agree to 02 (Two) month notice period, in case of disengagement of the services. 2 (Two) month’s amounts pertaining to the services of the CONSULTANCY must be borne by XYZ
8. In case, agreement get terminated due to any reason, AXIS TALENT MANAGEMENT
would not be liable to pay anything to any Employee of XYZ.
