For clients on an annual plan, please note that we do not offer refunds after 6 months of usage. During the first 6 months, prorated refunds are available if needed.

VeritGuard can only protect devices that have our software suite installed. For third-party contractors or remote bookkeepers using their own devices, VeritGuard cannot provide protection, as we cannot install our software on devices you don't own.

  • Using VeritSpace (our secure cloud hosting) so remote workers can access your applications through our protected environment with multi-factor authentication
  • Requesting audit reports from third-party firms
  • Having us help review their security settings or reports
  • Limiting access permissions to only what's necessary

If you have direct employees working remotely who use company-provided devices with our software, then yes, VeritGuard would provide essential protection for those endpoints.
